Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver only within the UK.


When will my order be despatched?

All orders will be despatched within 3 working days after receiving cleared payment.


What is the expected delivery time for my order?

After allowing 3 working days for your order to be despatched, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. This is based on Royal Mail 2nd Class postage timings.


Can I request Royal Mail 1st class postage for my order?

Yes. You can choose your order to be delivered using Royal Mail 1st class postage. This is done at checkout


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment by Paypal and Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, American Express


Can I return my item?

 

If you wish to return an item the item must be in the same condition it arrived in. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

You (the buyer) are responsible for the return postage costs.

 

We recommend that you get proof of posting from the post office as this will enable you to claim for the cost of the item should it go missing on the way back to us.

 

We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit (although we will do our best to help)


How long will a refund take?

Upon receipt of such items we will action a refund via Paypal.  Paypal will then inform you that the refund has been made. Depending on the credit card/debit card used for the transaction the refund will take between 1-7 days. 

The card or Paypal account used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply).


How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email from us to confirm your item has been sent.

You might not receive this confirmation email if:

  • 1. You made a spelling mistake when you entered your email address. Login and check your registered email address.

  • 2. Spam filters in your email program may block this type of email. Please check your junk mail folders.

What happens if I have not received my order?

Please remember to add the despatch time (3 working days) to the (Royal Mail 2nd Class) delivery time (3-5 working days) to estimate your delivery time. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

 

If after this time you still have not received your order, you should contact us via email specifying your name, address, and item/s ordered.

 

You are advised to report any item/s not received within 15 days of the item being despatched.

We will not bear responsibility nor refund for items lost or delayed in transit/post.


Can my order be delivered to an address other than my own?

Yes. You can do this by entering the delivery address details during the checkout process.


Have your products been tested for safety?

None of our products have undergone any safety tests. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
